Much like legal fees, you can pay an hourly a la carte rate and we can work against a retainer filling your pre-con meetings, tie downs, discovery calls and event development meetings with veteran expertise as well as LAS VEGAS SPECIFIC venue specific insights.. 

The Producer will create your show with you and spend time understanding your event and coordinate between the hotel, the AV team, the PM, and the Union laborers/ technicians to turn equipment rentals into a SHOW!  This will involve pre-show hours, but if you are coming to Las Vegas we can usually avoid hotel room and per diems. 

Not sure exactly what audio visual help you'll need? Put our team of Las Vegas AV producers on retainer for up to 10 hours a month. We'll demonstrate our value by providing consistent AV project manager PMP and CTS  support for your events.  We can analyze and re-draw Vectorworks and correct electrical and cable runs adn well as double check lensing and pixel counts.
